Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Return Policy:

We have anti-fraud safeguards in place, and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders. We will report all fraud to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/.   All orders will not be shipped until the charge on the credit card or debit card can be verified.

Return Policy:

Electrical Components: No Return, Return only allowed because of manufacture defect or damaged in shipping
All other Parts: Parts may be returned only with a Return Authorization Number. RA number maybe received by speaking with Customer Service Reps. There will be a 15% restocking fee and freight will not be credited.
Receiving the wrong Part: Wrong parts received will be exchanged to the correct parts with no restocking fee or freight cost to the customer, if the Customer Service Rep. gave the wrong part number, or the wrong part was shipped by mistake.
If the customer ordered the wrong part by looking at the wrong parts list every effort will be taken to correct the problem. The customer will have to return the part for credit at his expense.
Every effort is made to ship the correct parts on the first order, but mistakes do happen. It is our policy to correct the mistakes within a timely matter.

Cancellation Policy:

If the order is cancelled before shipment there will be no cost to the customer. Orders maybe cancel by email susan@aaasolutioninc.com or Calling 800-590-1009. Once the order is canceled the credit card will be release of hold status. If the credit card has been charge and order has been shipped, the customer may refuse the shipment. Upon return of the order the AAA Solution Inc., the credit card will be credited.
Credit Card: The amount of the order is put on hold at the time of placing the order. When the order is shipped the final charge will be applied to the credit card. This process will eliminate charging the credit card until the time of shipment.
Orders will be shipped complete. If one item is on backorder the order will be shipped when all items arrive in the warehouse unless otherwise stated by the customer.

Typical lead times for shipment: Shipping times vary and there is no way to guaranteed time. We will, of course, ship your products sooner if we have them in stock or they arrive sooner than expected. Alfred Karcher is a Germany company having manufacturing plants in Germany, Italy, South America, China & USA. Sometimes a part may have to come from overseas and lead times maybe longer.

We will email you if any item is on backorder that was on your order. For an updated status of the order please email susan@aaasolutioninc.com with your name, date order placed, phone and order number.  If you need a part immediately, please contact us by phone or email to verify stock status of the parts you need.
You may choose to expedite your order by using UPS Next Day Air or 2nd day air service, please contact customer service to discuss these options.
Please be aware that Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are times from when your entire order arrives at our location, not 1 or 2 days from when your order is placed. If you have questions on this, please call us Toll-Free at (800) 590-1009.

Shipping Information:

aaasolutioninc.com orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 2-7 days on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders are processed the next business day shipping within 1-3 days from order date on all in-stock merchandise.
Note: If any of the products you order are not in stock or being backordered by the manufacturer we will contact you to let you know, you can choose to cancel the order if necessary.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service either UPS or Priority Mail, and generally will arrive in 4-7 business days from shipping date. For even faster delivery, contact us to choose UPS next day air, second day air or 3 day select service.
Oversized Delivery
Certain items, such as extension wands are subject to an Oversized Delivery charge, as indicated in the item description. Please add $25.00 to the standard Shipping and Handling Charge.
Pressure Washers
Electric models may ship Standard Ground UPS or truck, and All Gas Engine Pressure washers are delivered by Truck Freight Line (Tailgate Delivery) a minimum of two people should be present to accept delivery. Remember truck drivers are not responsible for getting items off the truck. Shipping via truck does not include a LIFT GATE. Any charges over limit fee will be billed to customer. Please be sure to check all packages for any damage from freight line.
