    WARRANTY PROCEDURES FOR ALL PRESSURE WASHERS

KÄRCHER Warranty
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
All Kärcher commercial pressure washers are warranted by Kärcher to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the periods specified below. This Limited Warranty, subject to the exclusions shown below, is calculated from the date of the original purchase, and applies to the original components only. Any parts replaced under this warranty will assume the remainder of the pressure washer’s warranty period.

FIVE YEAR PARTS AND ONE YEAR LABOR WARRANTY
Components manufactured by Kärcher, such as frames, handles, float tanks, fuel tanks, belt guards, and heating coils. Internal components on the oil-end of Kärcher pumps have a 5 year warranty. Heating coils are pro-rated at 25% after 2 years. Stainless steel coils have a 10 year warranty, prorated at 25% after 6 years.

ONE YEAR PARTS AND ONE YEAR LABOR WARRANTY
All other components, excluding normal wear items as described below, will be warranted for one year on parts and labor. Parts and labor warranty on these parts will be for one year regardless of the duration of the original component manufacturer’s part warranty.

WARRANTY PROVIDED BY OTHER MANUFACTURERS
Motors, generators, and engines, which are warranted by their respective manufacturers, are serviced through these manufacturers’ local authorized service centers. Kärcher is not authorized and has no responsibility to provide warranty service for such components. Motors manufactured outside of the United States and Canada will be warranted by Kärcher.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover the following items:
1. Normal wear items, such as nozzles, spray guns, discharge hoses, wands, quick couplers, seals, filters, gaskets, O-rings, packings, pistons, pump valve assemblies, strainers, belts, brushes, rupture disks, fuses, pump protectors.
2. Any components or other devices incorporated into a Kärcher product that are not manufactured by Kärcher, including, but not limited to gasoline engines, pumps, etc.
3. Defects caused by improper or negligent operation or installation, accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, repair or maintenance of the product by persons other than authorized representatives of Kärcher, including, but not limited to, the failure of the Customer to comply with recommended product maintenance schedules.
4. Kärcher products that have been returned by the original Customer and are ultimately re-sold by an Authorized Servicing Dealer or other sales or service outlet to another purchaser.
5. Kärcher products that are sold by any distributor or retailer that is not an official authorized dealer or retailer of Kärcher products.
6. Defects caused by acts of nature and disaster including, but not limited to, floods, fires, wind, freezing, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes and lightning strikes.
7. Defects caused by water sediments, rust corrosion, thermal expansion, scale deposits or a contaminated water supply (such as water in the unit with chloride content higher than that of 80 mg/liter or use of chemicals not approved or recommended by Kärcher).
8. Defects caused by improper voltage, voltage spikes or power transients in the electrical supply.
9. Devices or accessories not distributed or approved by Kärcher.
10. Any cost of labor arising from the removal and reinstallation of the alleged defective part by Customer.
11. Transportation of the product to an Authorized Servicing Dealer, field labor, replacement rental and any freight charges.  Any components, accessories or other devices provided with the product but not manufactured by Kärcher (such as engines, pumps, etc.) are subject to warranties and service through their respective manufacturers authorized service centers and according to the applicable terms and conditions of such manufacturers warranties. Such components or other devices not manufactured by Kärcher should be referred by the Customer to an authorized service center or their respective manufacturers for repair or replacement.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM OR CONDUCT. KÄRCHER MAKES NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF EQUIPMENT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. KÄRCHER FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER WILL MEET ANY PARTICULAR REQUIREMENT OF CUSTOMER EVEN IF KÄRCHER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH REQUIREMENT.  THE RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER RIGHTS OR REMEDIES OF CUSTOMER. KÄRCHER SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE CUSTOMER OR ANY END USER OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TRAINING OR USE OF PRODUCT. KÄRCHER’S LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, ARISING OUT OF ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, INSTRUCTIONS OR DEFECTS FROM ANY CAUSE, SHALL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PARTS UNDER AFORESAID CONDITIONS.

The purpose of the foregoing limitations on liability and Customer remedies is to protect Kärcher from unknown or undeterminable risks. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the Customer. Kärcher sales and service representatives are not authorized to waive or alter the terms of this warranty, or to increase the obligations of Kärcher under the warranty.  Kärcher reserves the right to make design changes in any of its products without prior notification to the Customer.

KÄRCHER WARRANTY PROCEDURES ACCESSORIES AND PARTS WARRANTY—COMMERCIAL PRESSURE WASHERS

LIMITED MINIMUM 90 DAY WARRANTY
We warrant to the original consumer that each new part and accessory sold by Kärcher will be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship in normal service for the duration specified by the original component manufacturer with a 90 day minimum from date of purchase, provided it is installed properly and the equipment is maintained in accordance with Kärcher’s instructions and manuals. Components manufactured by Kärcher, such as frames, handles, coil wraps, fuel tanks, belt guards and heating coils have a one year warranty from date of purchase.  Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited as to the replacement or repair, at our option, at Kärcher, Camas, Washington 98607, or at a service facility designated by us, for such part or parts as inspection shall disclose to have been defective.

EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by casualty or unreasonable use, including faulty repairs by others and failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Kärcher’s liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages is expressly disclaimed. In no event shall Kärcher’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Kärcher makes every effort to ensure that all illustrations and specifications are correct, however, these do not imply a warranty that the product is merchantable or fit for a particular purpose, or that the product will actually conform to the illustrations and specifications. Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited at our option to the replacement or repair at a service facility or factory designated by us, of such part or parts as inspection shall disclose to have neen defective. THE WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Kärcher does not authorize any other party, including authorized Kärcher Dealers, to make any representation or promise on behalf of Kärcher, or to modify the terms, conditions, or limitations in any way. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the installation and use of Kärcher products conforms to local codes. While Kärcher attempts to assure that its products meet national codes, it cannot be responsible for how the customer chooses to use or install the product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

aQuablaze WARRANTY

aQuablaze Limited Warranty:
aQuablaze products are warranted by aQuablaze to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use, for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase.  Items that fail due to normal wear such as o-rings hoses, seals, quick couplers, nozzles, gunjets, etc. or damage resulting from neglect, abuse, tampering, or modification are not covered under this warranty.  aQuablaze will at its option repair or replace any part covered by this warranty which is defective under normal use for one year at no charge for parts or labour.  All defects must be verified by aQuablaze or by an authorized aQuablaze service location.  This warranty is not transferable.

Exceptions to the One Year Warranty for Parts Only are:
AR North America Pumps: 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
BECKETT BURNERS: 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
To the extent allowable under applicable law, aQuablaze liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed.  aQuablaze liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the equipment.  aQuablaze liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only, at the option of aQuablaze.

PRODUCT SUITABILITY:
Many states and provinces have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of products for certain purposes, which may vary from those in neighbouring areas.  While attempts to assure that its products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance and cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used.  Before purchase and use of a product, please review the product application, and respective national and local codes and regulations, and be sure that the product, installation, and use will comply with them.

PROMPT DISPOSITION:
aQuablaze will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustments with respect to any product which proves to be defective within limited warranty.  For any product believed to be defective within limited warranty, contact dealer or factory from whom product was purchased.  Dealer or factory will give additional directions.  If product was damaged in transit to you, file claim with freight carrier.

PRESSURE PRO WARRANTY

All machines are warranted by the manufacturer to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of or exchange of any parts that may prove defective subject to normal use. Repairs must be pre-authorized. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for incidental nor consequential damages nor labor charges, which result from any defect in the product or breach of this warranty.

This warranty shall not apply to any part or parts, which have been subjected to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. If any defect appears, immediately contact the dealer from which it was purchased. Returned units or parts must be shipped to the manufacturer prepaid only. A dated sales receipt with the serial number is required for all warranty claims.

Returned Goods: All products must be approved by the manufacturer prior to return and must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. All products must be returned at customer’s expense and warranted products will be returned to the customer at no additional shipping charge.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY – AR, CAT, GENERAL, UDOR PUMPS

Pumps are warranted to the original purchaser for a period specified by manufacturer from the date of purchase.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects or workmanship that may develop under normal use in a manner up to the directions and usage recommended by the manufacturer.

Warranty does not apply to misuse or when pump or accessory is altered or used in excess of recommended speeds, pressures, temperatures or handling fluids not suitable for pump or accessory material construction. Warranty does not apply to normal wear, freight damage, freezing damage or damage caused by parts or accessories not supplied by the manufacturer.

Liability of manufacturer for warranty is limited to such products are found to be of original defect or workmanship at the time it was shipped by the factory.

The exception to this warranty is for the following pumps: XJV and RMV pumps (1 year consumer use; 90 day commercial use).

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

Guns, hoses, tips, valves, etc. have a warranty of 90 days. This warranty does not apply to malfunctions caused by fault or negligence or improper use.

ENGINES

Honda GX – 2 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Refer to Honda Owner’s Manual or contact your nearest authorized Honda dealer.

Honda GC – 1 year consumer or 90 day commercial use limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship.  Refer to Honda Owner’s Manual or contact your nearest authorized Honda dealer.

Lombardini – 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all components, and 2 years for major components.

NOTE: Due to pending revised (SAE) J1349 net horsepower rating standards on all gasoline powered engines, horsepowers noted in our literature may be subject to modification as determined by engine manufacturer.

NOTE: Prices, specifications and models are subject to change without notice. All unit
specifications are based on industry standards of plus or minus 10%.

We have anti-fraud safeguards in place, and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders. We will report all fraud to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/.   All orders will not be shipped until the charge on the credit card or debit card can be verified.
